How it works
Simply upload a CSV file with your vendors and let Aleph's AI work its magic. Fine-tune the grouping suggestions before downloading the results. And don't worry, your data is secured and will never be shared with third parties.
1. Upload your vendor list
Upload a CSV file containing your full, raw list of vendor names. Even though your data is safe and secure, you'll need to confirm that you have permission to share this information.
2. Click "Process vendors"
Once you upload your data, simply click "Process vendors." Our tool will analyze your input to detect duplicates, near-duplicates, and potential vendor groupings.
3. Review suggestions
Look over the suggested vendor groupings. Each grouping identify vendors that might be variations of the same entity. You can accept, reject or change each grouping suggestion.
4. Confirm and finalize
After reviewing all groupings, confirm your final choices. The tool then generates a consolidated vendor list that reflects your accepted groupings.
5. Download mappings
Click the “Download CSV” button to save your processed results. If you need to start over, click the "Upload another list" button to clear your progress and upload a new list.
6. Rinse and repeat
Vendor lists are constantly growing and changing—week after week and month after month. Come back anytime to keep your list and mappings squeaky clean.
